Vacancies and requirements

  • There will be approximately 170 summer scheme vacancies for 2010 and approximately 85 training contracts commencing in 2012.
  • Summer scheme applications have now closed. For training contracts the form will be available from 15 March 2010.
  • We do not have a March intake of trainees.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of ABB from three A Levels, excluding General Studies, (or equivalent examinations) and expect, or have achieved a 2.1 degree in any subject.
  • There are certain criteria that we look for throughout the recruitment process - you need to be an excellent communicator and team player with a demonstrably keen interest in the corporate world. We also look for evidence of organisational skills, motivation, commerciality, analytical ability and an appetite for life.

  • Please apply to one office only for both summer scheme and training contract applications.
  • We do not accept CV applications. If you have a specific reason why you are unable to complete an online application please contact us.
  • If applicable, please apply for a summer scheme in the office where you would like your training contract to be based.
  • If you have not met our academic standards and do not have any mitigating circumstances, your application will not be considered.
  • We recommend you save your information regularly as you navigate through the application form. Read the form through carefully before submitting it.
  • The education information you provide must be accurate and should you be offered a training contract you will be asked to provide a transcript of your full results. Any misrepresentation will be taken seriously and could result in the cancellation of your application at any stage.
  • For secondary education section, please give full details of GCSE subjects and grades (or equivalent) and your 'A' Level/Highers/AS/A2 subjects and grades (or equivalent).
  • For college/university education information, please give full details of your degree. Please provide all modules and grades achieved during your degree (as a percentage) indicating where any resits have been necessary, giving both sets of results.
  • If you fail to provide a full breakdown of your marks for all courses your application will not be considered.
  • We do not screen applications until after the specified closing dates. We will contact all applicants to inform them of the outcome of their application.
